We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at WMExclusive@yahoo.com with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Approved replacements or store credits will be issued on a case-by-case basis.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging for any consideration.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery.
• Sale and custom items are non-refundable.
