Processing Time



All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During new collection drops, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended due to high demand.



Domestic (U.S.) Shipping



Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days after processing.

Delivery times may vary based on carrier volume and destination.



🚀 Express Shipping (U.S. Only)



Express Mail is available at checkout for most U.S. orders.

Express orders are prioritized and generally delivered within 2–4 business days after processing.

Please note:


  • Express Mail applies after the 3–5 business day processing window (unless otherwise stated).
  • Express shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Once shipped, Winning Mentality™ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or regional events.

🌍 International Shipping



We proudly ship worldwide.

International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.


⚠️ Please note: International logistics are currently affected by the October 1–8 national holiday in China, which may cause temporary shipping delays for certain items.



Tracking Your Order



Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.



Lost or Stolen Packages



If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Winning Mentality™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once tracking confirms delivery.
